Norwegian soprano sax specialist Frøy Aagre, recently signed to the renowned ACT Music returns to this country for her third UK tour. Her third album Cycle of Silence (released in Feb 2010) has received amazing reviews internationally. With a distinctive Nordic edge to her music, she weaves enchanting and haunting lines through her highly melodic compositions, aided by her excellent band. A highlight of the last two London Jazz Festivals, her debut at Southbanks Centre (London) and The Venue (Leeds) should be eagerly anticipated by established fans and newcomers alike.
